Shipping

Free Shipping over $80!

We ship orders from our salon in Lower Hutt, throughout New Zealand using Go Sweet Spot. We ship with Post Haste, NZ Post, Aramex and Castle Parcels depending on which carrier offers the most efficient option to your address at the time of dispatch :)

We aim to pick and pack orders the same day they’re placed excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, orders may take up to 1-3 business days to pack. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details and the goal of overnight delivery.

Please note:
Overnight delivery is not guaranteed and may take longer for rural addresses or during peak courier periods. We’re not responsible for delays once parcels are with the courier, but we’re always happy to help follow things up if needed.
All orders will be packed and sent from Salem Hair Co Limited.

Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with us - but we also need to keep things fair and hygienic.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return bit to be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

You will need to send the items back to us at your own cost, and items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately via social media or email to hello@iloveyourhair.co.nz so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

· Opened or used products
· Items without original packaging
· Clearance or Last Chance sale items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved:
· Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
· Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
